This gallery contains pictures of our "Beach Place" condominium in Madeira Beach, Florida. We rent it ourselves so we can personally select our guests.

beachplace > This is the "Beach Place Condominium" from the entrance to the Village at Johns Pass across the street. We are in the beach back building which directly faces the Gulf.

beachplace > This is our living room; planned for the comfort of our guests. The sofa is not a sleeper; we think they are not comfortable and we try to limit the number of guests to 6.

beachplace > This is another view of the living room. It shows the new 32" flat screen TV. Also in the entertainment center are a stereo, DVD player, and a VHS tape player.

beachplace > This is the view from the living room through the sliding glass door to the balcony. The balcony is a great place for morning coffee and the frequent dolphin parade close to the beach.

beachplace > This is the kitchen. The tile, counter top, and lighting are new in 2008. The counter top has been extended so that three people can sit at the bar. The kitchen cabinets and appliances are just a couple of years old.

beachplace > This is the master bedroom. We planned it to be very comfortable for a couple. The king bed is new in 2008 as is the 27" flat screen HD TV. Ceiling fans were added in the master bedroom and the office off this bedroom in 2008. This is a beach front bedroom; it has the same view as the living room, dining room and kitchen and has its own door to the balcony.

beachplace > This view of the master bedroom shows the seating area we have included. This is a great place to watch TV and it is where we spend most of our quiet time in the condo when we are there. We have made an office area with a desk and chair between the bedroom and the bath for those that need to work on vacation or check their email. There is available Wi-Fi.

beachplace > This is the second bedroom with two queen beds. The right hand door is to a large walk-in closet and the door to the left goes to the alcove. There is a 13" TV in this bedroom.

beachplace > In our 2008 remodel, we changed the floor plan. This alcove is off the hallway between the second bedroom and the second bath.
